The Ministry of housing, utilities and urban communities revealed the details of booking apartments for the Nozha third settlement project in New Cairo, which is scheduled to start booking tomorrow, Wednesday at 10:00 AM, until the end of the day, where it is available to book only 80 housing units.
The ministry had announced the offering of apartments and the opening of applications since July 14, 2024, and the period of extracting the form number and paying the seriousness of the reservation ended on the 15th of this month

– The number of available units in the housing apartments in the Nozha community project is 80 housing units.
– Apartment areas: ranging from 115 meters to 137 square meters.
– Finishing of apartments: fully finished and ready for immediate habitation.
– Booking provider: 151 thousand pounds
Payment terms for housing apartments in New Cairo 2024 ;
– 20% of the apartment value within one month from the date of booking, ending on September 26, 2024.
– 10% within 3 months from the date of booking.
– Quarterly payments of EGP 51,000 in 5 installments, starting 3 months after the payment of the 10% rate.
– Payment of 20% of the value of the apartment when contracting.
– Delivery of the apartment after payment of 56% of the value of the residential unit for housing apartments in the Nezha assembly project.
– Repayment of the remaining 35% over 3 or 5 years with interest.
– 7% discount on full payment in cash within two months from the date of booking.

The unit consists of a reception hall, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a sawmill.
