Conditions for booking social housing apartments 2024
According to the social housing fund and mortgage financing support, there are several conditions for booking social housing apartments 2024 for low and limited income, they are as follows:
1-the applicant should not be a private landowner.
2-The applicant must be at least 21 years old and up to 50 years old.
3-the applicant should not have benefited from the mortgage financing initiatives before that.
4-the applicant for the reservation should not benefit from any unit of the Ministry of housing or a plot of land.
5-the applicant must be a native of the governorate applying for an apartment in it, residing in it, or related to it by work or in one of its new cities or neighboring governorates.
A prerequisite for applying for social housing apartments 2024
The Ministry of Housing confirmed, a prerequisite for applying in the new offering of social housing apartments 2024, is to ” provide a certificate approved by the employer that includes all the basic data and gross monthly income, or any other documents that the client sees explaining his income and enhance or add to income, in addition to a social insurance certificate, provided that the insurance is valid and indicates the beginning of insurance.
