Bahrain Bourse closes Monday trading on a decline with pressure of 3 Shares

The Bahrain bourse ended its trading session on Monday, on a decline due to pressure from the financial and telecommunications sectors.

At the end of today’s trading, the overall index fell by 0.1 percent to the level of 1977.39 points.

The Bahrain bourse witnessed transactions of 786.89 thousand shares worth 270.21 thousand dinars.

The financial sector declined, with Al Salam Bank falling 0.98 percent.

The telecommunications sector fell, with Bahrain cinema falling 2.78 percent and beyon 0.2 percent.

The Bahrain bourse ended last Thursday’s session trading on a decline in the pressure of the basic materials sector.

At the close of trading last Thursday, the overall index fell by 0.33 percent to the level of 1979.28 points.

The Bahrain bourse witnessed transactions with a volume of 546.273 thousand shares worth 252.146 thousand dinars.
