President Sisi issues 3 new Republican resolutions concerning the country’s territory.

President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi issued Republican resolutions, published in the official gazette No. 4 BIS (C), issued on January 27, 2025, on the allocation of areas of land privately owned by the state for use in some projects.

– Decision of the president of the Republic No. 34 of 2025 on the allocation of 3 tracts of land privately owned by the state, in favor of three governorates (Asyut, Qena and Luxor) to establish cowards for Muslims and Christians.

– Presidential Decree No. 5 of 2025 on the allocation of an area of approximately 52.5 acres of state-owned land in South Sinai governorate in favor of the General Authority of Red Sea ports to establish Taba Seaport.

– Decree of the president of the Republic No. 37 of 2025, on the allocation of areas of land privately owned by the state, in favor of the public authority for supply goods to be used in the establishment of grain silos.
