The agreement was signed by captain Essam al-Arjani, CEO of Al-Arjani group and chairman of Al-Arjani development and Investment Company, Zhang weicai, general manager of CSCEC in Egypt, and Amr shta, managing partner of incom, the Egyptian partner of the Chinese company, in the presence of a number of officials and businessmen, including Dr. Assem El-Gazzar, former minister of Housing and chairman of Neom, and Mr. El-Quseir, former minister of Agriculture and CEO of the financial sector of Al-Arjani group.
Strengthening cooperation between Egypt and China in urban projects
