The minister said that the meeting reviewed the company’s project to establish a linen manufacturing plant in Egypt, to meet the needs of the European and Asian markets, pointing to the government’s full support for the company “Kingdom linen” to invest and expand in the Egyptian market, and its appreciation of the company’s efforts to promote the linen industry in Egypt.
For his part, Mr. Ren Weiming, chairman of Kingdom linen company, stressed Egypt’s strategic importance in the global linen market, pointing out that Egypt’s competitive advantages and long history in linen production make it an ideal destination for the company’s investments and expansions.
Weiming invited engineer Hassan al-Khatib, Minister of investment and foreign trade, to visit the company’s headquarters in China to strengthen cooperation in the field of linen industry.
