Sisi issues a decision to pardon 4,600 of those sentenced to take into account their humanitarian conditions

President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi issued on the occasion of the celebrations of 25 January a Republican decision to pardon the rest of the sentence for more than four thousand six hundred of those convicted of various crimes, men and women, taking into account their humanitarian conditions, within the framework of the constitutional powers of the president of the Republic.

In this regard, a large number of members of the House of Representatives and the Senate praised the decision of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to grant presidential amnesty to more than 4,600 prisoners out of consideration for their humanitarian conditions.
