The College of Oral and Dental Surgery recieved a visit on the 8th of July 2024 from a delegation formed from the supreme Council of Universities to grant the final accreditation for beginning of study in the Master of Implantology in collaboration with the University of Huddersfield in the United Kingdom. The delegation formed by the Supreme Council of Private Universities headed by Professor Maha Abu Khader, Rapporteur of the Dental Sector Committee.
Professor Atef Shaker, Professor of Fixed Prosthodontics Cairo University, and Professor Karim El-Batouti, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Ain Shams University.
This program is considered the first of its kind in the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Middle East.
The program awards three certificates to its graduates:
- Academic Master’s degree from Misr University for Science and Technology
- A specialist researcher’s certificate from the University of Huddersfield
- Certificate of partial fullfilment of the thesis requirements for the masters degree from the two universities.
Registration is now open for both Egyptians and International Students.
