The central business district comes at the forefront of these projects, as it includes 20 towers ranging from administrative, commercial and residential, in addition to the Crescent towers for multi-use. The area is characterized by the” iconic tower”, which is the tallest in Africa with a height of up to 400 meters, and includes an international hotel operating for the first time in Egypt and Africa, along with hotel, administrative and commercial units.
The central parks “Capital Park” is a unique project of its kind in Egypt, with a length exceeding 10 kilometers and an area of more than 1000 acres. It aims to offer recreational areas of world-class standards, with easy access via a network of pedestrian and bicycle paths.
The third residential neighborhood” capital residence ” includes 8 neighborhoods on an area of 1016 acres, containing more than 24 thousand residential units ranging from condominiums, villas and townhouses.
The fifth residential district, “New Garden City”, is inspired by the old French style and is located on an area of 885 acres, comprising more than 21 thousand residential units and a variety of educational, entertainment and commercial services.
These projects confirm the commitment of the Egyptian government to achieve a comprehensive urban renaissance and provide an integrated environment befitting the New Republic.
