Sherif Al-Sherbini, Minister of housing, utilities and urban communities, met with Dr. Majid Al-huqail, Minister of municipalities and housing in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to discuss ways to enhance joint cooperation between the two countries in the field of urban development, on the sidelines of the participation of the minister of housing at Cityscape exhibition in the Saudi capital Riyadh.
Engineer Sherif El Sherbini and Dr. Majid El Hokail also discussed the idea of establishing a joint real estate fund, where it was recommended to form a joint working group between the two ministries to study the idea and determine the most appropriate ways to enhance partnership opportunities between the two countries in this field.
Sherif El-Sherbini stressed the keenness of the Egyptian state represented by the Ministry of Housing to create the right climate for investment, solve problems and overcome obstacles facing Saudi investors, during their work in the Egyptian market, where work is being done through the Cabinet to solve problems and overcome obstacles, and the ministry spares no effort to overcome obstacles and solve problems facing investors
